We’re passionate about all things HR people and strategy, and that includes measuring HR’s impact, assessing HR’s effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, organizational change, and other cutting-edge trends are impacting the changing world of HR and the workplace.
We’re launching a new blog, and we want to know what you're excited to talk about, because that’s what we want you to write about—something that you’ve explored in-depth and is your HR passion. What changes are coming, and more importantly, what changes do you want to see? Tell us why. What positive impact will these trends have on HR, and more specifically, people and strategy?
Blogs should be a minimum of 500 words but should not exceed 1,500 words. The HR People + Strategy blog will serve as a forum to deepen conversations around current HR practices and the future of HR, with the goal of bettering one another’s understanding of the profession and how we can positively effect change.
