November 4 - 5, 2014 HRPS Headquarters Alexandria, VA
The HRPS Executive Leadership Program is designed to give HR executives the opportunity to explore through dialogue and discussion the critical and complementary aspects of HR leadership, including:
The leadership philosophy and behaviors required for success
The changing role HR leaders must play to make people and organizations more effective
The future of HR and effective organizations
Participants focus on their personal approach to leadership, identify strengths and areas for development, and put together
a personal leadership profile. In addition, they are exposed to the latest thinking and insights on the evolving role and priorities
of HR leaders. Participants will experience a highly interactive learning approach combining storytelling, mini-lectures and
discussions, a case study, peer coaching, team assignments, and self-assessments.
The program will be led by Ian Ziskin. Ziskin is president of EXec EXcel Group and former CHRO of Northrop Grumman and Qwest Communications. As a leader who has served in senior HR positions
and contributed to the professional development of countless HR executives, Ziskin brings deep knowledge about what it takes to achieve executive-level HR leadership in today’s changing landscape.
