I really enjoyed the experience.  When I compare this conference to others I have attended HRPS offers the next level I needed and that I was searching for as an HR professional.

My time and money were well-spent.  I will bring new content back to my senior team and HR team.  I was challenged to see something important in a different way, was a resource to a few people at the conference and have connected with a couple of  people who will be valuable resources for me.

Very relevant, I get one external development opportunity each year and I choose to come back to HRPS over and over and over again.

Excellent quality and diversity of participants and speakers make the investment (time and $) worthwhile.  Provided good food for thought for current issues and in anticipation of future issues. 

I liked the energy generated at this years conference.  I consider myself part of the "next gen" movement and was happy to see HRPS embrace some of the things that resonate with us.

This was my first HRPS conference.  Relative to other professional conferences I have attended, the HRPS conference would be rated more highly.  I enjoyed the speakers and the networking in particular.

Right subject matter experts with the right participants really stretched my thinking.  I count on HRPS to broaden my perspective and offer practical solutions to my business challenges.

The conference focused on strategic business issues and how HR can take a lead role in achieving them. Most HR conferences focus on HR first and how HR activities tie to the business. The business strategy is the driver of our HR strategy. To remain a true partner we have to continue to view our work from that perspective. Keep up the great work!!
