HRPS Webcast –
A New Lens for Reframing Your High-potential Leadership Program
Tuesday, September 28, 2010 • 11:00am to 12:30pm (Eastern)

Retaining "top talent” is an issue many companies are facing. As a result of the economic challenges, even normal turnover can have significant and damaging impact. In organizations where the experience of high-potential employees has eroded and lacks reward, challenge, opportunity and enriching relationships, more significant turnover is inevitable.

Organizations can improve their ability to retain and engage top talent if they understand and actively manage four areas that have great impact on the employee experience:

  • intellectual enrichment
  • emotional engagement
  • career enhancement
  • social network fortification

Renowned executive coaching expert, David Peterson, and leadership expert, Kevin Hudalla, will present new ways to think about leadership potential and explain why reframing high-potential programs is a critical step to improving the identification, development and retention of your most promising leaders.
