About Your Webcast Leaders:

Charles Luck IV, President and CEO, Luck Companies, leads the Strategic Leadership Team, which is responsible for guiding the transformation of the enterprise into a global, values-based organization. Luck collaborates with the business units and corporate support areas to build the people, organization, strategy and direction for the company's future. Luck became president and chief operating officer in 1995 and was named president and CEO in 1999. May 2010 will mark his 27th anniversary with the company. His involvement with stone, however, began around age 10, when he and his father would visit quarries, and he would slide down the rock piles.

Mark Fernandes, Chief Leadership Officer, Luck Companies, uses his passion for inspiring others to accomplish visionary goals as he develops and delivers a strategy for identifying, developing and retaining high-performing talent. Additionally, Fernandes is a member of the Strategic Leadership Team. Prior to becoming the CLO, Fernandes served as president of two Luck Companies business units – Charles Luck Stone Center and Lee Tennis Court Products. Fernandes' aspiration to make these brands national was met, especially with his incredible work for reshaping the image of stone as a luxury product through his new vision for the Charles Luck Stone Center.

John N. Pullen, Chief Growth Officer, Luck Stone Corporation, is responsible for balancing the portfolio of the company to deliver financial results and identifying global trends that have relevancy to the future growth of the business. Additionally, he will be leading the Growth Leadership Team, comprised of Presidents of the Corporation's four Businesses and key support areas, to drive differentiated growth across the Corporation that delivers best-in-class financial results. Before joining Luck Stone Corporation, John served as Vice President of the InnsLand Group, a real estate development consulting company, and oversaw the development of significant commercial and residential projects in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Karen West, Managing Consultant, YSC Houston, has experience in a wide variety of variety of industries such as government, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, mining, utilities, restaurant, non-profits, oil and gas, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals services; including serving as a Lieutenant Commander Aerospace Psychologist in the United States Navy. In the Navy she specialized in effective teamwork and resource management of aircrew and ground support. She earned her wings as a Naval Aviator through the Navy flight surgeon designation program that included land, water and open ocean survival training, aero medical training and pilot flight training.
