HRPS Webcast –

Maximizing the Effectiveness of the HR Business Partners
Tuesday, September 7, 2010 • 11:00am to 12:30pm (Eastern)

In the global HR transformation space, winning organizations follow a multi-pronged strategy focused on maximizing the effectiveness of their HR organization. Redefining the HR operating model, leveraging technology, innovative sourcing and reorganizing HR processes and HR roles are keys to success.

When the HR specialist and HR generalist roles become more strategic in their focus, the transactional aspects of HR can be consolidated within the HR Operations function. But every organization's journey is different as they try to enhance the role of the HR business partners.

This webcast draws on research and experience from Hewitt Associates and successful clients who will share navigating challenges and lessons learned through their transformation of the roles of HR business partners, including:

  • A range of challenges around role definition
  • Fuzzy process design
  • Capability gaps within HR
  • Inadequate support for the transition
