The Summit is focused on integrating new ideas, deep participant discussions (speakers and executives) and peer networking. Uniquely, it will bring together academic and practitioner perspectives from around the globe. Each session will follow a 20:20:10 minute format -- with speaker presentation, then table discussion, then Q&A. Each roundtable of 8-10 participants will form a team for entire Summit to actively work on creating the most compelling HR operating model, centered on building organizational capability, for the future. Speakers will move around the room and participate with each table ad-hoc throughout both days. At the end of the Summit, each table team will have 5 minutes to present their outcomes to all participants. These outcomes will be captured and shared with all participants.
