Driving Business Execution Through Performance Management

Presented by Jan Seele, Director, People and Change, PwC and Erik Berggren, Vice President of Customer Results and Global Research, SuccessFactors

As business strategies continue to evolve, business performance remains top of mind for all executives today, especially in tumultuous economic times. But how are companies aligning employee efforts and performance against what the business needs? Engaging employees by providing clarity on the business strategy and their role in achieving results promotes effective execution and yields valuable data for the company related to high performers and the leadership pipeline. Jan and Erik will explore performance management and its integration in the overall talent management lifecycle, from establishing a strategy that aligns with your company needs, to execution and ultimately rewarding employees for their efforts.
