About Richard Vosburgh, PhD
A dedicated HRPS volunteer and longtime member, Richard brings 30 years of post-PhD senior human resources experience in some of the world’s most respected organizations (PepsiCo; Gallup; VW; Campbell Soup; HP; MGM MIRAGE), having served in both strategic generalist HR and specialist HR roles in the key areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational design and development, training and recruitment.

About Scott Brooks, PhD
With twenty years of experience, Scott consults with organizations and individuals to create change based on HR metrics. Prior to OrgVitality, he led the consulting group within a global survey practice, and has worked in OD for a division of Target. Scott has consulted with organizations like Google, Wells Fargo, Starbucks and Save the Children.
