Registrations and cancellations must be in writing (mail, fax or email). They cannot be accepted by phone.
Substitutions of employees from within the same organization are welcome, provided they meet membership requirements.
No shows will not receive a refund.
The Human Resource Planning Society is unable to assume responsibility for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets in the event a conference or workshop is full or cancelled.
Cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative fee.
Cancellations made during the 10 working days prior to the workshop will forfeit the registration fee.

After 3/24/06, the full registration fee will be forfeited.
