In addition to providing advisory services to selected clients, Kevin leads Aon Consulting's Central Operating Unit Strategic Account Team. This team provides solutions for the large employer segment. Kevin is also Aon Consulting's Michigan Market Leader.
Kevin has provided advisory services to well over 100 companies and government organizations in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning and execution, organization design, international HRM, organizational effectiveness, outsourcing, and transformational change. Clients include global companies in the defense, automotive, high technology, hydrocarbon, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, financial services, FMCG and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Aon, he was President of Resource Development Designs, which provided consulting and training services in transitional markets.
Kevin has over eighteen years of international experience in automobile manufacturing, wireless telecommunications and management consulting. He joined Aon in 1995, and from 1996 - 2002, was expatriated to England where he was responsible for building Aon's European Management Consulting Practice.
He has managed complex consulting engagements in the United States, Russia, England, Scotland, Ireland, Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, the Ukraine, Poland, Belgium, France, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Spain, Mexico, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey. He often helps clients expand their operations in new markets and has actively participated in several organizational start-ups worldwide.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Wayne State University, and Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations (MLIR) from Michigan State University. He completed additional studies at the University of London, England; the Moscow Academy of Labour, Russia; and the Executive Strategy Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
Professionally active, Kevin is a member of: the British Institute of Directors (IoD); the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD); the Society for Human Resource Management (International Institute); the European Quality Institute; the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS); and the Center for Advanced Study of International Development. He is a former member of the US Council on Foreign Relations, the US/Russia Business Council, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Moscow (AmCham) where he served as the first Chairman of the HRM Committee.
He is a founding member of Aon Consulting's Federal Government Consulting Practice and is the former Chairman of Aon Consulting's Global Change Management Council.
He has authored numerous articles on international management topics and has been a featured speaker at professional venues and universities in the USA, Europe and Eurasia. In 2006, his first novel, The Siberian Legacy was published. (ISBN-1-4120-5683-7).
