As worldwide leader for people development and organization. effectiveness, Ms. Baker has responsibility for strategy development and implementation for talent, learning and change and transformation across all businesses within Dana. She developed and lead the global coaching practice at Pfizer Inc. in New York City prior to joining Dana. She started her career 20 years ago at Johnson & Johnson.
Ms. Baker received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology and organization behavior from the University of Cincinnati and completed post doctoral work at the MIT Sloan school of management. She is past chair of the board of trustees, Organization Development Network and a Board Trustee for the Organization Design Forum.
