Prior to joining Marriott International, Dr. Rodriguez held various human resources-related positions at Citicorp (now Citigroup) and Avon Products. Dr. Rodriguez graduated from New York University in 1980 with a bachelor of arts in psychology and in 1987 with a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology.

David Barger former CEO of Jetblue Airways led JetBlue’s charge to bring humanity back to air travel and to establish JetBlue as a new standard in the airline industry for service, performance and innovation. Barger is credited with being a pioneer of an airline that has tried to be different, offering premium service at coach prices. He founded JetBlue in 1998 as President and Chief Operating Officer, and was named Chief Executive Officer in May 2007. Barger is no stranger to the airline industry.
