Cassandra Frangos is an accomplished leader who has successfully generated significant business value, developed top strategic leaders, and built long-term relationships with clients. During her management consulting career, she was an effective business partner with leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies to facilitate organizational change efforts, develop talent and organizational strategies that delivered results. Cassandra has consistently demonstrated success in developing innovative solutions to business challenges that improved performance.
Cassandra is currently the head of Cisco’s Global Executive Talent practice where she is responsible for accelerating the readiness of the talent portfolio (current and next generation) to transform the business and culture. Through trusted partnerships with executives, she is able to deploy innovative solutions for organization design, succession planning, assessment, coaching and development programs that drive business results and innovation. She most recently played an integral role in the 2015 succession planning for Cisco’s CEO, one of the most respected and longest- tenured CEO’s in the tech sector.
Prior to Cisco, Cassandra was head of organization development and learning at a Biotechnology Company. Cassandra was also a management consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and the Human Capital Practice Leader at a management consulting firm led by Harvard Business School thought leaders Drs. Kaplan and Norton, founders of the Balanced Scorecard. She started up the Human Capital practice and grew it to one of the highest growth practices in the firm.
Cassandra earned a doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in a joint program with Wharton Business School and the Graduate School of Education. Her research focus was on innovation and organizational practices. She received a dual Masters degree in Organizational Development and Positive Psychology in a joint degree program with Case Western Reserve University and Ashridge Business School. Her undergraduate degree is in Business Administration and Psychology from Northeastern University. She has authored several publications with Harvard Business School Publishing and with leading industry journals.
