Jennifer Beihl

Jennifer Beihl works as Manager, Organization & Talent Development on the Executive Development team at GE Corporate. In this role, Jen has contributed to many company-wide efforts including the Session C process, performance management systems, Growth Values/GE Beliefs, and Career Navigation. Her work currently is focused on transitioning the company to the Performance Development approach, which replaces GE’s current performance management system (EMS), and is a key element of the cultural change in GE as it transforms to a Digital Industrial company. She has a Bachelors degree from Brown University in Rhode Island, USA and an MBA from University of Connecticut in Connecticut, USA.
