Join a discerning group of senior HR executives, who appreciate a critical reality: An HR Executive success lies not just in being able to foresee and prepare for the future, but also the ability to lead their organizations there.

Delivered in partnership with the ILR School of Cornell University, the Aligning HR Strategy with Business Strategy Program develops the abilities needed to assess how organizations create value and align the HR function to effectively execute the organization’s strategy. Participants analyze the Balanced Scorecard approach as a means of vertically aligning the HR function with organizational objectives and create a vertical-alignment strategy to improve HR decision-making, people outcomes, processes, customer outcomes, and financial results.
This thought-provoking program provides an opportunity to discuss:

  • How an organization can deliver value through integrating people strategies, processes, and technologies
  • The alignment of HR decision-making with business to maximize employee performance
  • How to develop a plan to structure an organization's people, processes, and technologies to create maximum value for stakeholders

At the Aligning HR Strategy with Business Strategy Program, discussion and executive-level networking will allow participants to not just rehash past learning, but to acquire new learnings to lead organizational success.
