How do I plan my time at the Global Conference?
The HRPS Web site (www.hrps.org) is the place to go for regular updates to the schedule of events and list of confirmed speakers. Download the advance program to assist you in mapping out your Global Conference experience. An Onsite Program will be distributed to all attendees upon entering the resort.

Do I sign up for each session I want to attend?
The HRPS Global Conference sessions and presentations are open to all registered attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

What materials are distributed onsite?
As an attendee, you’ll also receive a registration bag with several helpful tools that should make your on site experience easy. A registration listing will be distributed along with HR partner materials and a schedule of events. Speaker notes and session materials will not be distributed at the event, but will be posted online one week before the conference. You will receive an e-mail notifying you when they are available.

What networking events are taking place onsite?
There are a variety of networking events that attendees are encouraged to participate in. Check out this page for details and local activities.
