The New War for Talent: Attracting, Engaging and Retaining a Multi-Generational Workforce

As Gen Z is about to enter the workforce, we are about to start managing one of the most generationally diverse workforces that ever existed. While there is a significant overlap, each generation also brings its unique perspective, view of the world, needs, skills and capabilities, expectations and motivations. This presents a significant challenge for HR leaders - how to manage these fast-changing dynamics and continue to ensure the entire workforce successfully drives and supports the mission, vision and strategy of the business.
