Patrick Wright
Director of the Center for Executive Succession

Professor Wright teaches, conducts research, and consults in the area of Strategic Human Resource Management, particularly focusing on how firms use people as a source of competitive advantage and the changing nature of the Chief HR Officer role. He has published over 60 research articles in journals, over 20 chapters in books and edited volumes and has co-authored two textbooks and two books on HR practice. 
He currently serves at the Editor-in-Chief at Journal of Management. He has conducted programs and/or consulted for a number of large organizations. He currently serves as a member on the Board of Directors for the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR) and is a former board member of HRPS, SHRM Foundation and World at Work (formerly American Compensation Association). From 2011 to 2015 he has been named by HRM Magazine as one of the 20 "Most Influential Thought Leaders in HR".

Kevin Cox

Kevin has been a leader in Human Resources for more than two decades. His expertise lies in the fields of C-Suite succession planning, driving business outcomes through innovative talent strategies and leading large-scale complex change. He is passionate about pushing HR teams to provide greater business value, and to operate with greater courage and purpose.

Susan Peters
Retired Senior Vice President, Human Resources 
General Electric 

She was responsible for GE’s global workforce of 300,000+ employees located in 175 countries around the world.  She led the company efforts on Leadership and Pipeline Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Global Talent Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion, Security, Corporate Air, and HR Talent Development.  She also sat on the Board of the GE Foundation. 

Susan joined GE in 1979 on the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP).  From the HRLP, she progressed through a series of promotions including Labor Relations and several business partner HR roles, including an international assignment at GE Plastics in Bergen Op Zoom, The Netherlands.  After additional assignments at Corporate and GE Plastics, Ms. Peters returned to GE Appliances in Louisville, KY in 1993 as the Sr. HR Leader.  She was appointed a Company Officer in 1997. 

Michael Bazigos
Managing Director, Global Leader, Organizational Analytics 

As the senior partner leading Accenture Strategy's Organizational Analytics practice, Michael helps organizations perform through evidence-based approaches to their most pressing issues in talent and organization. Prior to joining Accenture Strategy's Talent & Organization unit, he held other leadership roles, most recently, as Vice President of McKinsey & Co.'s OrgSolutions business. Michael earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pace University, first Master's in Industrial Psychology from New York University, and second Master's and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, where has also served as adjunct faculty in that graduate program.
