Josh Bersin founded Bersin & Associates (now Bersin by Deloitte) in 2004 to provide research and advisory services focused on corporate learning, leadership, talent management, and HR technology. Josh is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted on talent management topics in key media, including Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Financial Times, BBC Radio, CBS Radio and National Public Radio. He is a popular blogger for, a leading LinkedIn influencer, and has been a columnist since 2007 for Chief Learning Officer magazine. Josh spent 25 years in product development, product management, marketing and sales of e-learning and other enterprise technologies at companies including DigitalThink (now Convergys), Arista Knowledge Systems, Sybase, and IBM.  Josh's education includes a B.S. in engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

As the senior partner leading Accenture Strategy's Organizational Analytics practice, Dr. Michael Bazigos helps organizations perform through evidence-based approaches to their most pressing issues in talent and organization. Prior to joining Accenture Strategy’s Talent & Organization unit, he held other leadership roles, most recently, as Vice President of McKinsey & Co.’s OrgSolutions business. Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pace University, first Master’s in Industrial Psychology from New York University, and second Master’s and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, where he also served as adjunct faculty in that graduate program.

Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. She is the faculty chair of the Leadership Initiative and has chaired numerous HBS Executive Education programs, including the Young Presidents' Organization Presidents' Seminar and the High Potentials Leadership Program. She was course-head during the development of the new Leadership and Organizational Behavior MBA required course. She is the co-author, with Kent Lineback, of Being the Boss: The 3 Imperatives of Becoming a Great Leader and Breakthrough Leadership, a blended cohort-based program that helps organizations transform midlevel managers into more effective leaders. Professor Hill coauthored a book entitled Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation. It features thick descriptions of exceptional leaders of innovation in a wide range of industries—from information technology to law to design—and geographies—from the US and Europe to the Middle East and Asia. She is a contributor to the HBS Publishing series on Managing Up, Hiring, and Becoming a New Manager. She was named in 2013 by Thinkers50 as one of the top ten management thinkers in the world. In 2015, she received the Thinkers50 Innovation Award.

Vineet Nayar is Founder Chairman of Sampark Foundation and former CEO of HCL Technologies and author of the highly acclaimed management bestseller “Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down.” A management visionary and radical thinker, Vineet led the transformation of HCL Technologies into one of India’s fastest-growing global information technology services company, growing from $0.7 billion in 2005 to a $4.7 billion Global Technology Services Company with over 85,000 employees across 32 countries in 2013. This radical transformation led Fortune to recognize HCLT as “the world’s most modern management” while BusinessWeek named HCLT as “one of the world’s most influential companies”; which led its innovative management practices to be taught as a case study at both the Harvard Business School and London Business School. Vineet stepped down from the company in 2013 to focus on Sampark Foundation, co-founded with his wife Anupama Nayar, to catalyze ‘large-scale transformation in primary education through frugal innovation’. Today, Sampark Foundation is transforming learning outcomes of 7 million children studying in 76,000 rural schools across 6 states in India. This large-scale transformation is now a ‘case study’ at Harvard Business School.
