Bersin founded Bersin & Associates (now Bersin by Deloitte) in 2004 to provide research and advisory services focused on corporate learning, leadership, talent management, and HR technology. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted on talent management topics in key media, including Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Financial Times, BBC Radio, CBS Radio, and National Public Radio. He is a popular blogger for Forbes.com, a leading LinkedIn influencer, and has been a columnist since 2007 for Chief Learning Officer magazine. Bersin spent 25 years in product development, product management, marketing and sales of e-learning and other enterprise technologies at companies including DigitalThink (now Convergys), Arista Knowledge Systems, Sybase, and IBM.  Bersin's education includes a B.S. in engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Michelle Gadsden-Williams

As Managing Director of North America & Canada Inclusion and Diversity, Gadsden-Williams is responsible for further strengthening and accelerating the company's efforts to foster an inclusive culture.  She joins Accenture with more than 25 years of experience as an advocate for equality within corporate America and a thought leader around diversity and inclusion. Gadsden-Williams is a seasoned diversity practitioner with experience working in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries before transitioning to financial services in 2011. 
She earned a B.S. in Marketing, a B.A. in Communications from Kean College of New Jersey and an M.S.  in   Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and the Executive Leadership Council. Michelle serves on several boards including the Jackie Robinson Foundation, Black Girls Rock, the SLE Lupus Foundation and a member of the Women's Leadership Board of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.  Michelle and her husband David Jamal Williams, Co­Founder and CEO   of Ceiling Breakers, LLC, live in New York City.

Inserra leads Booz Allen’s Global Defense Group Operations and Market Strategy with advanced expertise in large scale systems re-engineering and transformation for US Federal and commercial clients. As the firm’s Global Defense Operations Officer, she is responsible for identifying and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and maximize financial performance. In her 20+ year career at Booz Allen, Inserra has held several leadership positions across federal, military and civilian markets, including the firm’s military and civilian health business, where she focused on enhancing innovation in large healthcare transformations. She has also led several talent engagement transformations for Booz Allen, driving increased recruitment, development and retention of the firm’s worldwide consulting practitioners.

Mark LaScola

LaScola founded OTM in 1990 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fresno State University (1980) and an interdisciplinary Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Jose State University (1985) – where his work focused on systems theory and its application to human systems and processes. Having himself successfully delivered over 300 redesigns and 600 engagements, has trained and developed approximately 5,000 executives, managers and internal change agents – across a broad and diverse range of industries on 6 continents and over 20 countries on OTM’s comprehensive solutions.

LaScola shares his experience and supports the wider industry through regular publication of best practice and is the author of one of the industry’s most integrated and comprehensive re-design/transformation methodologies. He also sits on the European Organization Design Forum board and regularly speaks at industry events.

Joanne Lipman

Lipman, the bestselling author of That's What She Said What Men Need to Know (And Women Need to Tell Them) About Working Together, is one of the nation's most prominent journalists. She most recently was Chief Content Officer of Gannett, and Editor in Chief USA TODAY and the USA TODAY NETWORK, comprising the flagship title and 109 other news organizations including the Detroit Free Press, the Cincinnati Enquirer, and the Arizona Republic. In that role, she oversaw more than 3,000 journalists and led the organization to three Pulitzer Prizes plus an additional three Pulitzer finalists. Prior to joining DICK'S, Tyson served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Brink's Company from August 2012 to July 2016.

Prior to joining The Brink's Company, she was at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2004 to 2012 with her final role as Vice President Human Resources U.S. Pharmaceuticals.
