Bodnar previously served as chief administrative officer at Towers Watson, beginning in 2010. During that time, she was a member of the management committee, co-led the company's continuous improvement initiatives, cosponsored the inclusion and diversity agenda, and oversaw the marketing, HR, office services, and internal change and communication functions. From 2001 to 2010, Bodnar was managing director of HR at Towers Perrin. Earlier in her career, she held various HR and consulting positions at Towers Perrin as well as several operational and strategic planning roles at what is now JPMorgan Chase.
Bodnar is a member of the International Women's Forum, having served on the New York chapter Board from 2014-2017. She is an independent trustee of a New York-based private family office with charitable activities in the arts and education, and is currently on the Visiting Committee for the Smith College Museum of Art.
Inserra leads Booz Allen’s Global Defense Group Operations and Market Strategy with advanced expertise in large scale systems re-engineering and transformation for US Federal and commercial clients. As the firm’s Global Defense Operations Officer, she is responsible for identifying and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and maximize financial performance. In her 20+ year career at Booz Allen, Inserra has held several leadership positions across federal, military and civilian markets, including the firm’s military and civilian health business, where she focused on enhancing innovation in large healthcare transformations. She has also led several talent engagement transformations for Booz Allen, driving increased recruitment, development and retention of the firm’s worldwide consulting practitioners.
Jesuthasan is a recognized global thought leader and author on the future of work and human capital. He has led numerous research efforts on the global workforce, the emerging digital economy, the rise of artificial intelligence and the transformation of work. Jesuthasan has lead numerous research projects for the World Economic Forum including its ground breaking study; Shaping the Future Implications of Digital Media for Society and the recently launched Creating a Shared Vision for Talent in the 4th Industrial Revolution. He is a regular participant and presenter at the World Economic Forum's annual meetings in Davos and Dalian/Tianjin and is a member of the forum's Steering Committee on Work and Employment.
LaScola founded OTM in 1990 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fresno State University (1980) and an interdisciplinary Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Jose State University (1985) – where his work focused on systems theory and its application to human systems and processes. Having himself successfully delivered over 300 redesigns and 600 engagements, has trained and developed approximately 5,000 executives, managers and internal change agents – across a broad and diverse range of industries on 6 continents and over 20 countries on OTM’s comprehensive solutions.
LaScola shares his experience and supports the wider industry through regular publication of best practice and is the author of one of the industry’s most integrated and comprehensive re-design/transformation methodologies. He also sits on the European Organization Design Forum board and regularly speaks at industry events.
As a Senior Vice President, Leary is responsible for the development and execution of a firmwide talent strategy that creates a shared culture and engaging work environment and helps enable professional experiences for all 24,000 staff. She drives efforts that result in a greater depth, breadth and diversity of a talent pipeline globally and drive hiring and retention for all employees.
Porter is the chief people officer at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. There, he leads the Human Resources function and is responsible for creating an organizational environment that fully enables the success of the Broad mission by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Porter brings over fifteen years of experience to the job, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Merrimack, he served as head of Human Resources at Dyax Corp, worked for several years as an independent consultant within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, and held roles in Human Resources at Harvard-affiliated hospitals. Additionally, Porter has spent time outside of his full-time roles teaching as an adjunct professor at MCPHS University, and sharing his views on organizations and talent management as a contributor to the blog "Fistful of Talent."
Porter holds a B.S. degree in organizational psychology from Bridgewater State University, and an M.S. in organizational development from American University.

His international background and ability to drive organizational transformation and growth – in addition to his strengths in managing complexity, building capabilities, and embedding culture.
Tyson joined DICK'S Sporting Goods as the Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2016. In this role, she is responsible for leading the overall talent strategy for the Company, while ensuring that the culture, practices, policies and operations align with the strategic organizational priorities and values. She also provides strategic human resources leadership to the executive management team and board of directors.
Prior to joining DICK'S, Tyson served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Brink's Company from August 2012 to July 2016.
Prior to joining The Brink's Company, she was at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2004 to 2012 with her final role as Vice President Human Resources U.S. Pharmaceuticals.
